There are only four or five Châteaux in France with a history like Château Marzac, which is classified as  "Monument Historic" in France and by Unesco as "World Heritage". The Estate consists of the historical castle, a 16th Century Dove Cot and a Chapel dedicated to St. Nicholas. All of this is set in some of the most beautiful wooded countryside in France. The castle itself rests on a high cliff overlooking the south bank of the River Vézère.
